When your data leaves our servers

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. There are exactly two cases where information about you is sent to a third party:

Telegram — only if you turn it on. If you enable Telegram alerts, we store the Telegram chat ID you provide and send your alert messages to Telegram so they can be delivered. Turning Telegram alerts off stops this.
Email delivery. Verification and password-reset messages are sent through our email provider, which necessarily receives your email address.

Market-data providers (Binance, Coinbase, Bybit and public news sources) receive no information about you. Those requests are anonymous and carry no account identifier.

Third-party market data

Public crypto market prices and headlines come from exchange APIs and public RSS/news sources. Official India/US regulatory RSS may be ingested by KNIE-369 for educational scoring. We do not republish full copyrighted articles.

Licensed real-time NSE Level 1–3 or US SIP redistribution requires separate vendor licences before any “perfect live equity” claim. See Data sources.

Cookies and local storage

Necessary cookies / similar storage keep authentication sessions, language and layout preferences. Details: Cookie Notice.

Retention

Account profile data is kept while the account is active. After deletion, access is revoked immediately; residual backups may remain up to 30 days unless a longer legal retention applies. Automated operational limits are: login attempts 180 days, alert history 365 days, expired or revoked sessions 30 days, feed-health samples 90 days, and resolved incidents 730 days. Public paper-signal evidence is non-personal and retained to preserve the audit record.

We acknowledge within 3 business days and aim to resolve within 15 business days (complex requests may take longer with notice).
If unresolved, escalate by marking the subject “ESCALATION — privacy / grievance”.
You may also pursue remedies available under applicable Indian law.

Minimum age

TesBot369 is intended for users who can form a binding contract in their jurisdiction (typically 18+). Do not use the service if you are below the applicable age.

Educational boundary (important)

TesBot369 is an educational and paper-only crypto research platform. It does not provide personalised investment advice or place live orders.

Before any paid stock analysis, BUY/SELL-style recommendations, or Research Analyst-style reports for Indian securities are launched, Indian securities-law counsel review is required. Until that review is complete and any required registration / disclosures are in place, such features will not be offered.

Current rule: No regulatory readiness = No live execution.

Applicable jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this policy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
